Toon Tone is a free, browser-based color memory game inspired by the original Toon Tone Sahur game by @tole.dit (toon-tone.vercel.app, MIT License).

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original creator. See our Disclaimer for full IP positioning.

The Service is provided free of charge, supported by display advertising (see Section 6).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Toon Tone. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. No Account Required

The Service does not require registration. There are no user accounts, passwords, or persistent user identities on our servers. Your in-game progress is stored only in your browser via localStorage.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Toon Tone, you agree not to:

• (a) Use real copyrighted character names, trademarks, or brand names as your leaderboard nickname (e.g., “Mickey”, “Pikachu”, “Mario”).
• (b) Submit profane, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content as nicknames or in any user-visible field.
• (c) Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or overload the Service.
• (d) Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to inflate scores, streaks, or leaderboard positions.
• (e) Embed, frame, or rehost the Service on another domain without permission.
• (f) Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• (g) Claim to be the original creator of Toon Tone Sahur or impersonate @tole.dit.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our content

The Toon Tone website code, the 30 original characters featured on toontone.dev, the UI design, and the branding are © 2026 [Your Name / Company]. All rights reserved.

5.2 Original Toon Tone Sahur

The original Toon Tone Sahur game is created by @tole.dit and available at toon-tone.vercel.app under the MIT License.

5.3 Third-party IP

The 30 characters featured on toontone.dev are entirely original creations and do not represent any existing copyrighted character (Disney, Pokémon, Marvel, etc.). If you believe any character infringes your IP, see our DMCA Policy.

6. Advertising

The Service displays advertising through Google AdSense and Mediavine Journey. Advertisers may use cookies and tracking technologies subject to their own privacy policies. See our Cookie Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including:
